Simply search for a service or professional, browse their profile and availability, select your preferred time slot, and complete the booking with secure payment. Your professional confirms the request — usually quickly, and always within 24 hours — and you are notified by email and in the app.
Professionals can apply for verification by submitting a government ID and their professional licence or certification, which our team reviews by hand. Look for the verified badge on their profiles — it means those documents were checked, not that we guarantee the result of any service.
Cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment and the service cost is refunded in full. Between 24 and 48 hours you get your deposit back (about half the service cost if you paid in full). Under 24 hours there is no refund. The $2.50 booking fee is never refunded, and if your professional cancels you always get everything back.
We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Your payment is held safely until your appointment is completed. You can pay with credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Absolutely! You can chat with any professional before booking to discuss your needs, ask questions about services, or share inspiration photos. This helps ensure you get exactly what you're looking for.
AI credits let you use our Style Lab feature to virtually try different hairstyles, colors, and looks using AI technology. One credit makes one image. New accounts get 5 welcome credits as a one-off, plus 10 free images every month on the free plan. You can buy more or earn them through referrals.
