Acceptable Use Policy

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Stylixar, operated by Yonda Solutions LLC. By using our platform, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

2. General Conduct

You agree to:

• Use Stylixar only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Respect other users and maintain professional conduct
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Honor bookings and commitments made through the platform

3. Prohibited Content

You may NOT upload, create, share, or transmit content that:

3.1 Illegal Content

• Violates any local, state, national, or international law
• Promotes illegal activities or substances
• Infringes on intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, etc.)
• Contains or promotes child exploitation material

3.2 Harmful Content

• Threats of violence or incitement to violence
• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation
• Hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Content that promotes self-harm or suicide
• Doxxing or sharing others' private information without consent

3.3 Inappropriate Content

• Nudity, sexually explicit material, or pornography
• Excessive violence or gore
• Content depicting illegal drug use
• Spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes

3.4 Deceptive Content

• False or misleading information
• Impersonation of others
• Fake reviews or ratings
• Scams or fraudulent schemes
• Misleading professional credentials or qualifications

4. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

4.1 Platform Abuse

• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt platform operations
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software
• Circumvent security measures or access controls

4.2 Commercial Abuse

• Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Solicit users to transact outside the platform to avoid fees
• Advertise competing services
• Collect user information for unauthorized marketing
• Manipulate search results or rankings

4.3 AI Service Abuse

• Generate deepfakes or non-consensual intimate imagery
• Create content to deceive or defraud others
• Use AI to generate prohibited content
• Attempt to extract or replicate AI models
• Use AI-generated content to mislead about real services

4.4 Booking and Payment Abuse

• Make fraudulent bookings or payments
• No-show repeatedly without valid reason
• Request or offer services outside the platform to avoid fees
• Use stolen payment methods
• File false disputes or chargebacks

5. Provider-Specific Rules

Service providers must also:

• Maintain valid licenses and certifications as required by law
• Provide services as described in their profiles
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Honor pricing as listed (no hidden fees)
• Respond to booking requests in a timely manner
• Treat all clients with respect regardless of background
• Not discriminate based on protected characteristics
• Report any safety concerns or incidents

6. Client-Specific Rules

Clients must also:

• Arrive on time for appointments
• Cancel appointments with reasonable notice
• Communicate clearly about desired services
• Treat providers with respect
• Not engage in inappropriate behavior during appointments
• Provide honest reviews based on actual experiences
• Pay for services as agreed

7. Content Standards for AI Style Lab

When using AI styling features:

7.1 Acceptable Uses

• Visualizing hairstyles on yourself
• Trying makeup looks virtually
• Planning fashion and styling changes
• Sharing results with professionals for consultation
• Personal entertainment and exploration

7.2 Prohibited Uses

• Creating images of others without consent
• Generating explicit or adult content
• Creating content to harass or defame others
• Generating misleading content for deception
• Any use that violates another person's rights

8. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy:

• Report in-app: Use the report feature on profiles, messages, or content
• Email: abuse@stylixar.com
• Emergency: Contact local law enforcement for immediate safety concerns

We investigate all reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, warnings, suspension, or permanent ban.

9. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Warning: First-time minor violations
• Content Removal: Offending content deleted
• Temporary Suspension: Account access restricted for a period
• Permanent Ban: Account terminated for serious or repeated violations
• Legal Action: Referral to law enforcement where appropriate

We reserve the right to take action at our discretion to protect our community and platform.

10. Appeals

If you believe enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by emailing appeals@stylixar.com with:

• Your account email
• Description of the action taken
• Why you believe it was incorrect
• Any supporting evidence

Appeals are reviewed within 5-10 business days.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
